Be:FIT London - The Health & Fitness Festival For Women

The three day event will be held at the Design Centre in Islington from 29th April.

Be:FIT London is Europe’s only health & fitness festival dedicated to women and it's returning to London over the May bank holiday.

So why is it worth picking up a ticket?  Well... For fitness bunnies, you'll have unlimited access to classes in the Reebox Fitness Studio. The classes will be taught by instructors from Barry’s Bootcamp, 1Rebel, Equinox, Gym Box, Core Collective, FRAME and more, plus yoga from Tara Stiles.

For healthy foodies, you'll be able to refuel at the Oatly kitchen where there will be cooking sessions with famous chefs and nutritionists, along with chefs from top restaurants. It will be all about cooking healthy & delicious meals wih a focus on dairy free cuisine.

If you want to find out more about health & fitness, industry leaders including James Duigan (BODYISM), Zanna Van Dijk, Natasha Corrett (Honestly Healthy), Amelia Freer, Madeleine Shaw and more will be taking to the main stage for an array of talks.

And if that gets you worried, you can always pop and have a health check!

And then there's the shopping village, which has over 100 brands from the worlds of health, fitness and nutrition.

If you want something extra special, there's even a VIP lounge where you can enjoy free food and drink from top brands, receive facial treatments from Face Gym, hair styling from The Braid Bar, and make-up artists on hand, plus beauty treatments. Not only that, you'll receive fast tracking into alll of the classes.

Be:FIT will be held at the Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, London N1 0QH 29th April to 1st May 2016
Tickets: Adult Day Pass – £25, Adult Weekend Pass - £55 and VIP Day Pass - £75

I know it is tempting to opt for these less costly ones on some auction web page or shady e-commerce web pages. I get it. I was like that as well. But luckily, I did my analysis and study a ton of BathMate evaluations (like you will be carrying out now)… and identified out that it is not actually that significantly cheaper. Plus, I could never make sure I was genuinely getting the actual model in the pump.
